NYC Subway banning dogs unless they fit into the bag, the New York City Subway decided to implement a new rule that requires a ban on dogs on the subway unless they fit into the bag. It is clearly implied that large dogs cannot travel through the subway, however, because they are not really putting up heavy restrictions in the rules, the owner of the dog managed to bend the rules and still managed to get away with it.
